Waterlogged, agricultural land contributes to a major problem that often can be felt in a farmer’s pocket – especially in areas near pivot points, rivers and streams and can cause soil salinization (salt saturation).
The sole purpose of drainage is to lower the subsurface water table so that oxygen can get into the ground to get the crops to produce better.
A cascade point is needed where the drainage water can flow. The implement gets lowered into the ground to a specific depth, predetermined by calibrated GPS equipment. The drainage pipe gets fed into a trench at the back of the implement until it reaches the cascade point where the pipe is secured and the operator can continue laying the pipe.
Our drainage pipe method consists of the conventional way of opening up the ground with a excavator and using laser equipment for the sloping. We have refined this process so that it is very fluent and effective. Saving the client time and money.
Fast and effective
Our modern system can install drainage pipes of up to 100m in just 30 minutes to a depth of 1.8m. Compare this to traditional drainage methods; it could take up ten hours to lay down the same distance. It also works, but it is very labor intensive and expensive. By using our system we can clearly save the client time and money.

The piping we use is blade cut, high quality SABS approved and durable for any soil type or area at a lower price compared to PVC drainage pipes. As soon as the pipe is laid into the ground, it will start with the draining process. It takes between half an hours to 48 hours – depending on how wet the profile.
